Happy Birthday, Anjali!

Happy Birthday, Anjali!

It seems like it’s getting harder and harder to get the blog finished each week.  I guess that’s the life of a mom of three that is also working on classes, keeping up several marketing projects, cleaning the house every day, planning the ward Christmas party, watching other kids, and helping the maimed husband.  (Who, by the off-chance, has horrifically pinched a sciatic nerve and can hardly walk this week.)

Well.

Anjali turned five this week!  She is so grown up, it hardly seems like a strange thing.  She was so ready to be five.  She is so grown up and beautiful and smart and talented.  I can’t get over her.  I love her so much and can’t believe that she came into my life five years ago.  I hope you enjoy the birthday pics!

To cap the rest of the week: attended Women’s/Men’s Chorus concert and bawled my eyes out, took care of the kiddos while Dovy flew to CA again for a meeting on Wednesday, price-matched and couponed the heck out of Walmart (saved over $53,) went to the Temple, built a snowman with the kids, and attended Dovy’s and my first BYU football game. (Of course, the latter wasn’t MY first; it was Dovy’s; we just got to go together!)

Here’s the link to the soup recipe.  It works just as well with Neufchatel.  You WILL love it if you make it.
